Rules Hub
Read and update constitutional parameters governing agent behavior. All writes require a valid EIP-712 authorized signature.
All override and parameter-write operations require an EIP-712 wallet signature and are recorded in the immutable Logging Hub audit trail. Read access to dashboards and logs uses session authentication.
